Mazarkwaila' is both a sweetener and snack, locally made from sugarcane. Liquid is extracted from the sugarcane, using a squeezing machine. The liquid is brought to boil in a pot until it condenses. Then, it is transfered to a claypot to cool.The substance is stirred until it solidifies
