The self-sculpting blazer, the torn cape, I want to taunt Tailoring, using uniforms of Guildhall as inspiration. The Guildhall has always been a part of my life. A menswear Guildhall security guard jacket was used as the focus of my shape. A women's pattern block has never been used in the making this garment. I sculpted pleats with my hands, manipulated darts, I stretched and pulled the wool until it resembled an incarnation of a women's blazer.
