Sushi, a traditional Japanese dish prepared out of prepared vinegared rice with sugar and salt, is accompanied by a variety of ingredients: seafood (often raw), and vegetables. There are many different styles of sushi, but the one key ingredient is "sushi rice", also called shari, or sumeshi.
Since the 1990s, when sushi first made its way onto the dining scene of Russia. it has become little short of a national dish. Sushi has dominated restaurant and takeaway menus alike spurring a never-ending expansion of sushi diners. Its popularity continues.
