Sword with a handle, made from iron which is beaten when red-hot with traditional axe hammered and cooled in air. Two piece of wood (handle) wrapped with leather while wet. It is then held round by a rope for a couple of days and then removed when dry. The soot is from cooking fires that covers the handle blade. Used by men especially warriors during war times.
