The easy-to-use, affordable box camera was designed to increase the general popularity of photography in the 1930s. Priced at 4 reichsmark, Agfa had great success with this box camera in 1932. The Synchro Box was the last box camera manufactured by Agfa. The name refers to the synchronization of shutter and an attachable flash.
