Tabakobon (tobacco tray)

This tray is heavy because it is made of rosewood. Its surface is filled with carved chrysanthemum and many butterflies. Butterflies are expressed colorfully with mother-of-pearl, tortoiseshell and cloisonné. There are butterflies on kiseru (Japanese pipe) and the charcoal container, too.
