A beautiful tobacco pouch made of ivory. The cherry blossoms and maple leaves were decorated by Yamada Jokasai, an eminent craftsman of inro (a traditional Japanese case for carrying small objects). He depicted the flowers with gold, silver and lacquer using maki-e technique. The kiseruzutsu (Japanese pipe case) is very light, because it is made of lacquered paper.
