The captain's house (Sendosuya), an ancient Ryukyu mansion, preserved on Keruma-jima Island. It is thought to have been built in the latter part of the 19th Century by Pechin Nakandakari who made a fortune as a captain of trading ship to China in the end of Ryukyu dynasty.
