Tara and the Taranauts

On September 5, 2006, after nearly 48 hours of intense activity setting up the scientific base, 8 men found themselves alone on the ice pack. For these voluntary prisoners, Tara was more than a scientific platform. It was their refuge, their only shelter in a vast white desert.
