Taylor "Tap" Pryor at Sea Life Park, Vogue

Taylor "Tap" Pryor, a Hawaiian State Senator, who also opened his own aquarium and research institute, Sea Life Park and the Oceanic Institute, on Waimanalo Beach, near Makapuu Point, on Oahu, Hawaii, alongside his wife, Karen Pryor. He wears black diving gear while he crouches in the water with several sea turtles at the Park.
