Tea time snacks prepared by The Locavore's cooking volunteers led by Chef Jyoti for the millet tap takeover in Mumbai as part of the Millet Revival Project. They served a delicious millet-centric menu featuring delicious jowar birria tacos, foxtail millet haleem, wholesome barnyard millet bowls, and indulgent desserts featuring ragi and little millet & a whole lot more.
On the plate: Ragi laddoos, Millet Crackers with a Beetroot yogurt garlic dip, Millet Rotla canapes withTomato-Cucumber Jowar Sabzi topped with Sweetened Curd and Green Chilli Pickle.
