Tekja are an award-winning data visualisation studio formed in 2012 by Amanda Taylor and Jacopo Hirschstein. Striving to innovate and experiment, they use real-time visualisation, digital animation and interaction design to create interfaces that reveal hidden patterns and stories in complex information. The studio analyses and visualises all kinds of data to unveil the beauty and meaning behind the digital interactions and pulses of the world we live in, from real-time social media and geographic data, to information streaming from GPS sensors in cars and pulsing from biometric wristbands on live audiences.
