Telegram from Strom Thurmond to President Harry S. Truman

Strom Thurmond, presidential candidate of the States' Rights Democratic Party (or Dixiecrats) sent this telegram to President Truman, challenging him to a debate on Truman's civil rights program and the civil rights plank of the Democratic Party.
