Temple of Nature is an artwork that Nils Udo created for the Ideal Palace's centenary in 2012, and was immortalized by this photo. At first glance, the eye is drawn into a dense forest with verdant, open foliage. Straight lines formed by branches guide the viewer's gaze toward a mound of grass in their midst, surmounted by five bushes that look down from this hillock in the center of the composition. The space allows foggy light to break through and creates an opening into a tranquil area. Time seems to stand still, giving the opportunity to admire this perennial piece and the natural surroundings, with which it is united.
