Tems performs onstage

Genre defying singer, songwriter and producer TEMS performs on stage at Homecoming Live Show 2019. TEMS started writing songs when she was 9 and is focused on promoting the movement currently shaping alternative music in Nigeria to advance the culture and conversations alike. Her massively successful single Try Me was released in 2019 putting TEMS on a global stage.

Founded in 2017, Homecoming is an annual festival of cultural exchange between Africa and the world. The 2019 Homecoming Show was held at Harbour Point and featured performances from:
Naira Marley, Odunsi The Engine, Santi, Poco Lee, Pretty Boy D-O, Simi, Skepta, Teni the Entertainer, Sho Madjozi, Runtown and exclusive first time performances by TEMS, REMA, Joeboy and Fireboy DML as well as special guests.
