Tenants at Ozawa Boarding Houses

Preserving affordable housing means keeping tenants housed. As preservationists worked to designate the Ozawa boarding houses, two Japanese American boarding houses, tenants formed an association to ensure they could stay in their longtime homes at their current rents.
