Ingredients :100g blueberry jam, 50ml milk, whipping cream, 2 eggs, 100g flour, 50g corn starch, 15g butter, milk powder, yellow peaches, blueberries
Seasoning :30g white sugar
Method :
1. Combine blueberry jam, milk, flour, corn starch, milk powder, butter, sugar, and eggs to make batter and form round several pastry crusts in frying pan.
2. Combine whipping cream and sugar and whip. Set aside for use .
3. Layer one pastry crust with sweet cream and repeat to make 15 layers. Place yellow peaches and blueberries on top.
