Provenance: Five lengths of green silk damask purchased by the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation in July 1954 from S.W. Wolsey, London for £55 (see object file). Accession numbers were: 54-964-1/5. July 1988: Colonial Williamsburg Foundation deaccessioned four lengths and sent them to auction. After July 1988: Purchased by Harry Hinson on July 5, 1988 at Christie's South Kensington.
