July 1988: Colonial Williamsburg Foundation deaccessioned four lengths and sent them to auction. After July 1988: Purchased by Harry Hinson on July 5, 1988 at Christie's South Kensington. Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum, April 2010: Gift of Harry Hinson.
