Brick red cloth ground completely covered by two heights of gray-green silk pile: diagonal repeat giving all-over effect of debased design of scrolling arabesques outlined in tarnished metal; coarse chain-stitch done by machine. One wide selvage with double warps and wefts in brick red with narrow vertical stripes with beige warps from same house.
