The 16th presidential inaugural ceremony

The 16th Roh Moo-hyun presidential inauguration(2003)
Elected as the sixteenth president, Roh Moo-hyun's inauguration was held on Feb. 25, 2003 at the National Assembly plaza. The inaugural ceremony was attended by about 49,000 people, including congratulatory delegations from neighboring countries or allies such as the US, Japan, China, and Russia, overseas Koreans, and citizens from all walks of life. The ceremony proceeded in the order of opening, pledge of allegiance, moment of silence, ceremonial remarks, oath of office, inaugural address, and closing.
