The Administrative Palace, former Prefecture of Covurlui, in Galatzi, project by Mincu in 1903, construction done between 1904-1905

This order was facilitated by the prefect and prosecutor G.C.Robescu, a relative of Mincu's wife, Eliza. The architect was present when the foundation stone was laid and he also coordinated the works, as director present on site, but also through his apprentice, arch.Simion Vasilescu. He paid special attention to the details, especially to the ceilings of the festivities hall, painted under his direct supervision. On 27th of April 1906 the building was inaugurated in the presence of the Princes Ferdinand and Mary of Romania. A year later Mincu made the final acceptance of the works.
