Tempeh is a result of an artistic scientific process of tempeh fermentation. Using natural ingredients and materials, boiled seeds are packaged in fold leaves (typically banana leaves) together with the tempeh culture. After 2-3 days, the seeds are made compact, ready to be cooked in many ways.
