The Baroque Library

The Jesuit Baroque library, one of the beautiful historical spaces of Klementinum, was completed in 1727, probably according to the plans of Kilian Ignaz Dietzenhofer. One of the oldest hall gallery systems in Bohemia is still preserved in its original form and is thus a typical example of the Baroque library layout of the time.
