Luo Erchun (1930.4.10—2015.10.29), a native of Xiangxiang County, Hunan Province, studied in Suzhou Academy of Fine Arts from 1946 to 1950 under Mr. Yan Wenliang. Luo Erchun's creation is closely related to the red clay hills in Hunan Province and the customs in Yunnan Province. Local paintings have become one of the distinctive features of Luo's art.
