The book shape and marbled treatment

Aves de arribação is an important example of the movement of literature from the pages of the newspaper to the pages of the book. Aves de arribação appeared, therefore, as the first edition, in the serials of the Rio newspaper Correio da Manhã, back in 1902. Already in book form, the text would only be published in Portugal, in 1914.
