The Bridge of Remembrance

World War I was a territorial war that still resonates on the Geo political landscape of many countries. It was also a war remembered as the first trench war, whereby trenches became a standard practice.This notion of trench warfare forms the base of our design, re-interpreted in a poetic way. The main elements of our proposal or a trench that cuts through the site and a floating bridge.
