Linda E. Lillegraven is a contemporary artist that currently lives in Laramie, Wyoming. She works in both oils and pastels, and is known particularly for her outstanding landscapes. She has exhibited in the Arts for the Parks Top 200 for the last five years, and in the Top 100 for four of those years.
