Leeds Corn Exchange was designed by architect Cuthbert Brodrick. It was built in 1861-3 on an oval plan and included a partly-glazed dome with semi-elliptical and semicircular iron ribs. It was photographed during the Second World War by George Bernard Wood for the National Buildings Record.
