"This work captures the moment in which the monstrance has stopped in front of the home of the Catasús family, in C/ Parellades, Sitges, where an altar had been prepared for the Feast of Corpus Christi, with an image of an Ecce Homo that is housed today in the Vinyet Sanctuary.
The painter changes the perspective of the street and, at the same time, he places some bars in the foreground that correspond to another building in Sitges, Casa Amell in C/ Sant Pau.
Raimon Casellas defined the work as ‘a colourful smile made of flowers, incense and summer brightness’."
