The Culture Around Rendang

These are dishes being served at Jamuan Makan Bajamba. It respresents the land (beef/ox), the air (poultry), the water (fishes and vegetables). Each of these dishes cooked in many ways, such as asam padeh, rendang, sayur and also sanjai idi which is made of cassava as a substitute for kerupuk.
