An underground view of the Dragon’s Cave, situated on the shore of Lake Orestiada. According to legend, a dragon once lived in this cave and terrorized the city. The city’s king, the mythical Castor, offered great treasures to anyone who could slay the dragon. Eventually, a young man defeated it after a long battle, allowing his fellow citizens to access the great treasures of the cave.
