Wearing bark cloth and leopard skin robes, Ronald Mutebi II is installed as Kabaka, or king, of the ancient Buganda kingdom of Uganda. It is a mark of traditional Africa’s connection with Europe and the modern world that the king was educated in England and living in Britain just before his succession to the throne.
