The Eunoto ceremony - transition to manhood

When they are ready and naked except for a feather head dress and a short cape, the Maasai moran (warrior) come snaking down from the mountain to take part in the Eunoto ceremony (transition to manhood). Kenya’s renowned photojournalist Mohamed (Mo) Amin, also known as ‘Six Camera Mo’, produced a comprehensive pictorial record of these remarkable people entitled “The Last of the Maasai”.
