Juan Carlos Ramírez Castillo, Juan de Juan, was born in Seville but grew up in Morón de la Frontera. He began dancing at the age of 7 with Juan Triana. He studied at the Royal Conservatory of Seville and took classes with Manolo Marín, Juan Amaya, Manolete, Ramón Barrull and Antonio Canales, among others, in whose company he was a member. He has danced at the City Center in New York, the Champs Elysées in Paris and the Teatro Nazionale in Milan, as well as at festivals such as Spoleto (USA) and the Festival of the Arts in Hong Kong.
Here he is dancing at the Mont-de-Marsan Flamenco Art Festival, one of the most important international events dedicated to this cultural event.
