Kwon Oh-sang, who has been going back and forth between plane and three-dimensional, and photographs and sculptures since 1998, has been experimenting with the possibility of flat sculptures since 2003. "deodorant type" series was about taking pictures of objects from various angles, then cutting them out and making three-dimensional objects. He cuts off the image of the advertisement and sticks it on a wire frame to put it on the floor. After arranging these simple sculptures, I took pictures and printed them out. Therefore, what you see in the end is a plane. It repeats the three-dimensional structure→plane→three-dimensional structure→plane, which is clearly related to a series of "deodorant types" that perfectly combine the plane of the photograph with the three-dimensional sculptures.
