to complete the duties I have undertaken for the Horticultural Society I desire not to make any demand hereafter for such plants as may remain upon the ground when the time of my leave of occupation may expire the only compensation in any case that I might seek would be for the labour of the cultivation (at a valuation) should the same be rendered available for the purposes of a public Nursery.
