The Fountain VI

This canvas forms part of a series, executed between August 1969 and May 1970, on a fountain in Alfonso VIII street in Cuenca. The picture entitled La calle estrecha (The Narrow Street), which is in the Gothenburg Museum, was done in 1969. Zobel painted further pictures in this series during the following months.
