The Genoa San Giorgio Bridge is the outcome of a tragedy that happened on August 14, 2018. In this tragedy, 43 people died and the City of Genoa was divided in two parts. However, this project is an example of the resilience of the entire city and its people. The installation we propose shows the pace of the design and the construction process of the new bridge. Time was one of the main challenges; it was necessary to proceed as fast as possible with the cleverest design able to build a bridge that will last forever. Like a clock, the round table presents the different moments of the process of design and construction that lasted less than 24 months. The table has in the center a series of models that demonstrate the main stages of the design.
