The great climbing ladder

Leonard was not only interested in defence systems but also in assault systems. Here he proposes an angle-adjustable ladder powered by a worm screw drive acting on a cogwheel. It would be very hard to push back this assault ladder that could be used in a steeply angled or flat position.
