An underworld don Saxena is intrested to hire a gambling expert Jai who has never lost a game, to win money from the rich people at the Casino. While doing so he unknowingly traps a government officer who after losing all the money is asked for the blue-prints of a top-secret military weapon. The police after knowing assings Vijay to the case, who is a look alike of Jai. Later when Vijay tries to find out who his look alike is, finds that he is his long lost twin brother. Together they team up and help solve the case.
