The Great Recession

Leon Reid IV, also known as VERBS, is an American street and graffiti artist best known for his installations and interventions in New York and London and his creative partnership with Brad Downey. For the 2009 Nuart Festival, the artist creating a sculpture, entitled "The Great Recession", featuring an oversized "Kilroy was here" styled sculpture peaking over the balcony of a bank in central Stavanger, apparently holding on to his last dollar.
