The Hill Garden, Inverforth House, Inverforth Close, Camden, Greater London

This view by John Gay is taken from the Western Pergola at The Hill Garden, and looks across the formal garden and sunken pond. The pergola was built in c 1912 by Thomas H Mawson as part of a garden scheme for Sir William Hesketh Lever, who owned The Hill (now Inferforth House) from 1904 until his death in 1925.
