The Hall is situated 3 m under ground of the National Monument, while the ceiling of the Hall about 5 m above the Monument’s grounds. The Hall is 80 m x 80 m wide and 8 m high. All the walls, poles and the floor is covered with marble. All around the walls, a gallery of forty eight glass windows depicts in dioramas the milestones of Indonesia’s national history, started from the prehistory era of Indonesian society up to the New Order.
