The exterior of the prototype boutique beach home in red, white, and blue designed by Brett Winston and Helen Wallace of Brett-Wallace Structural and Interior Designs. The whole house can be built and furnished from boutiques across the United States based on plans and sourcing lists provide by Brett-Wallace. The house sits on a sand dune, with an outer deck and a set of stairs leading down to a boardwalk to the beach. In the foreground stands a roadsign marked Marlin Dr. and a concrete planter with red geraniums.
