Group M: The Louisiana Plantations. One of the two turrets contained the house's second staircase and it was probably the most superb tight spiral staircase in Louisiana. It rose the full three floors of the turret (unlike any other Louisiana plantation staircase) and here we look directly up its dramatic ascension.
