Considered one of Egypt’s premier artists, Sirry’s diverse and innovative career has spanned over sixty years. She studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cairo where she later became a professor. Sirry boasts a rich résumé of over fifty personal exhibitions all over the world—from Paris and Venice to Washington, São Paolo, Kuwait and tunis—as well as official purchases by international museums such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
