"The ballroom walls are covered with an eighteenth-century Chien-Lung wallpaper. This has an interesteing histroy, having been found in an attic at Welbeck Abbey and later put in the ballroom at 'Beau Desert,' the residence of the Marquess of Anglesey in Wales." The gilded mirror is Chinese Chippendale.
