At the Kremlin Wall in Moscow and with famed St. Basil’s Cathedral as the backdrop, the next trio of crewmembers to launch to the International Space Station pose for pictures following a ceremony Dec. 1, 2011 to lay flowers where famed Russian space heroes are interred. From left to right are Expedition 30 NASA Flight Engineer Don Pettit, Soyuz Commander Oleg Kononenko and Flight Engineer Andre Kuipers of the European Space Agency. The three crewmembers will launch Dec. 21 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on their Soyuz TMA-03M spacecraft.
