The Night Shift

Anastasia says: "Sinthu Visahan is a general practice trainee and mom working on the Covid hospital rota. This painting is based on a photo of her on her night shift. The hard work doesn't stop and yet her kindness shines through despite the time of day.

It was an honour to paint her and I hope we will never forget how incredible and dedicated she and her colleagues are. They all deserve better, to be paid fairly and protected properly and for us to act safely and stop the spread of this disease!"
