The opra's room

It is a tribute to Mimmo Cuticchio and his family story, “opranti pupari”, artists of traveling theaters that staged the epic stories of Pupi (Sicilian puppets), their loves and fighing, a tradition now protected by UNESCO as Heritage of Humanity. Inside the room there is a real “theater of pupi”, very close the bed. A direct reference to the space dedicated to sleep, as the same beds inside the warehouse/theater that Cuticchio’s puppeteers created during their long tours.
